Scaffolding Aluminium Plank/Deck
Scaffolding Aluminium Plank is more different from metal plank, although they have same function to set up one working platform. Some American and European customers’ like Aluminium one, because they can provide more portable, flexible and durable advantages, even for Rental business more better.
Normally the raw Material will use AL6061-T6, According to customers’ requirements, we strictly produce all aluminium plank or Aluminium deck with plywood or ALuminium deck with hatch and control high quality. Better to care more quality, not cost. For manufacturing, we know that well.
The aluminium plank can be used widely in bridge, tunnel, petrifaction, shipbuilding, railway, airport, dock industry and civil building etc.

This size steel plank 225*38mm, we usually call it as steel board or steel scaffold board.
It mainly used by our customer from Mid East Area, For example, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait ect, and it is used in especially marine offshore engineering scaffolding.
Every year, we export a lot this size plank for our customers, and we also supply to The World Cup projects. All quality is under controlled with high level. We have SGS tested report with good data then can guarantee all our customers’ projects safety and process well.

They are welded and riverted with hooks at two sides , and this kind of planks mainly used as working operation platform or walking platform in ringlock scaffolding system.

Scaffolding Toe Board
Scaffolding Toe board is made by pre-gavanized steel and it is also called skirting board, the height should be 150mm, 200mm or 210mm. And the role is that if an object falls or people fall, rolling down to the edge of the scaffolding, the toe board can be blocked to avoid falling from height. It help worker to keep safe when work on high building.
Mostly, our customers use two different toe board, one is steel , the other is wooden one. For steel one, size will be 200mm and 150mm width, For wooden one, most use 200mm width. No matter which size for toe board, the funtion is same but just consider the cost when use.
Our customer also use metal plank to be toe board thus they will not buy the special toe board and reduce projects cost.

Scaffolding Step Ladder steel Access Staircase
Scaffolding Step ladder usually we call staircase like the name is one of access ladders which produce by steel plank as steps. And welded with two pieces of rectangular pipe, then welded with hooks at two sides on the pipe.
Staircase use for modular scaffolding system such as ringlock systems, cuplock systeme. And scaffolding pipe & clamp systems and also frame scaffolding system, many scaffolding system can use step ladder to climb by height.
The step ladder size is not stable, we can produce according to your design, your vertical and horizontal distance. And it also can be one platform to support workers working and transfer place to up.
As a access parts for scaffolding system, steel step ladder play one important role. Normally width are 450mm, 500mm, 600mm, 800mm etc. The step will be made from metal plank or steel plate.
